You can request cancellation for the test session you have registered for. You can apply for it through your CELPIP Account. 

Request for it at least a week (7 Calendar Days) before your CELPIP test dates. It will ensure at least the things mentioned below for you:

• First, Paragon will grant your request.
• Second, you will be eligible for a 50% test fee refund.

Two things will happen if you request for it less than a week/7 calendar days before your CELPIP test dates. For example:

• Paragon will still grant your request.
• You will not be refunded your test fee.

Steps to Transfer Before Your Test Session is Conducted

CELPIP English test transfer fee is applied to test exam sitting transfers. Below are some steps you should take to get it.

• Sign in to your CELPIP Account.
• Click the Actions option, which is available under the Upcoming Tests option.
• Click the Transfer To A Different Test Sitting option. 

This process will help you transfer your CELPIP test to a different date, time, and location.

Remember, Paragon reserves the right to cancel your test sessions before your test session is conducted.  

Test takers who register for a test session receive a notice about it in advance from Paragon. In this scenario, you can request Paragon either for a test fee refund or an application fee for the registration of another session. 

Remember, test takers are allowed to request the cancellation/transfer of test sessions only for the session they have registered for.  Login to your CELPIP account to request it.

Invalidation After A CELPIP English Test Session Is Held:

Your test session and score could be invalidated at any time. Paragon reserves all rights to invalidate your exam session and score. This is another important thing every CELPIP test taker must know about. 

Paragon will process a fee refund for the test session invalidated. Alternatively, the fee could be applied to help you register for another test session. Paragon will take this measure upon request from the test taker. 
It could be possible only if Paragon invalidates a CELPIP English test session attended by you or your score.

Test Cancellation/Invalidation Due To Misconduct

Complete information related to the Terms & Conditions of this English proficiency test is your right. All test takers are educated about it thoroughly during their CELPIP preparation course. 

Paragon reserves all rights to cancel or invalidate your test and relevant scores if you engage in any form of misconduct. For example:

• If you breach the applicable T&Cs (Terms & Conditions/Service Terms). 
• If you try to cheat on the test.
• If you fail to comply with Paragon’s test session procedures or instructions.

CELPIP English Test Retake Policy:

Test takers are not allowed to book more than 1 test session within 5 calendar days. Paragon reserves all rights to cancel all CELPIP test bookings that don’t adhere to this rule.
