The Medical Record management course is designed to manage all information relating to the operation of a Healthcare Practice. The course includes scanning Medical Records, history and physical examination reports, storing and filling medical chart notes, and legal requirements of medical records. This is the most important training tool used by the physicians to document clinical information and non-Clinical information including accounting records, contracts, and other business-related documentation.
