Can any other person collect the Test Report Form (TRF) on behalf of the appeared candidate?

Yes, one can collect TRF on the candidate’s behalf. To do that, the candidate has to send an email to ielts@bitts.ca mentioning the candidate details (Full Name, DOB, Exam date and ID Document Number) and attach the government photo ID of the person who will collect TRF.
