Fees and Forms:
Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs – $30 CAD admin fee per TRF + $45 CAD postage fees within Canada. Additional postage would apply for locations outside of Canada.
Enquiry on Results Form – $275 CAD from which $250 CAD will be refunded with a deduction of $25 CAD, if the score changes to a higher score. No refunds will be provided if there is no change in the score or changes to a lower score.
Request for Cancellation or Refund Form – Please read cancellation and refund policy before proceeding.
Request for Test Date Transfer Form – an administrative fee up to 25% of test fee paid is charged. Please read transfer policy before proceeding.
