Request for Enquiry On Result for IELTS Exam

Candidates can be entitled to an Enquiry on Results [EOR] report to re-evaluate their IELTS test score. However, the following criteria must be met and/or understood:

• You must request for EOR within six weeks of your test date
• To apply for EOR, submit a request on Test Taker portal
• You may choose one or more modules of the test to be reevaluated
• The fees for EOR is $275 CAD regardless of the number of modules you chose
• Please mind that the process takes 0-21days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for remark.
• You will receive an EOR letter stating your final result status.
• you can now download your e-TRF through the Test Taker portal.
• If there are any changes to your score, you will be refunded the amount of $250 CAD to your registered account. $25 CAD will be deducted as an administration fee.
• If there are no changes, no fees would be refunded.
