When, where and how can you collect your TRF?

1.  Once the test results have been released; the hard copies of the test report forms (TRF) would be available for pick up for a period of 1 week from the result released date at the following locations between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday for the respective exams. Candidates can show their passport or any other Canadian issues ID.
   • BITTS Testing Service – Mississauga(CA898) – 7895 Tranmere Drive, Unit 230, Mississauga, ON L5S 1V9 – 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday
   • BITTS Atlantic- Dartmouth(CA095) – 46 Portland St, Unit 507 Dartmouth, NS B2Y 1H4 – 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM from Thursday to Monday
   • BITTS Central- Calgary(CA097) – Unit 3430 25th St NE Calgary, AB T1Y 6C1 – 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM from Thursday to Monday
   • BITTS West- Abbotsford (CA412) – 32310 S Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC, V2T1X1 – 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM from Thursday to Monday
2.  All the TRFs would be posted to the candidate’s registered addresses entered on the booking system at the time of IELTS registration by regular Canada Post 1 week after the test results have been released. There is no cost for this mailing.
3.  Express post requests would be accepted only –
   • On the Test day
   • Before the Results are released
   • 2 days after the results have been released
