Lost or Misplaced TRF
In an event of lost or misplaced Test Report Forms [TRFs], an additional copy can be issued out to the candidates pending the discretion of the testing supervisory staff and upon investigation of legitimate TRF losses. Please note that TRFs cannot be automatically be re-issued on demand and certain conditions must be met for them to be re-issued.
- An administrative fee of $30 CAD is applicable
- The additional TRF copy would be available for either pickup or Express Post courier only
- A charge of $45 CAD would be applicable for Express Post Request
- TRF Pickup would be available at the following locations –
BITTS Testing Service-Mississauga (CA898), Monday to Friday from 3 to 5 PM
BITTS Atlantic-Dartmouth (CA095), Thursday to Monday from 3 to 5 PM
BITTS Central-Calgary (CA097), Thursday to Monday from 3 to 5 PM
BITTS West-New Westminster (CA412), Monday to Friday from 3 to 5 PM
