Food Handler Course certificate provides food handlers the opportunity to successfully complete the examination to obtain a food handler certificate.

Besides this, if you need detailed knowledge and understanding of food handling procedures, then you can enrol in a food service worker diploma course.

Registration Process: In-Person Course Session: The course is taught by Certified Food Handler instructors and runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at a cost of $70 [CDN]. The instructor will go over the course study guide, show videos, and lead activities to help students understand the course material. The certification exam is also included in the classroom portion.

Payment: Before registration is complete, students will need to pay for the course session. A receipt will be issued at the time of payment.

Food Handler Certification Exam: The exam will last approximately an hour and will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions. Passing requires a score of 35 out of 50, or 70% correct answers overall.

Registration: Please bring your photo ID and receipt as proof of payment on the day of the course or exam. The fee is refundable only if the participant cancels the course session 48 hours beforehand. The date can be postponed, and the registration is transferable.

Available Languages: The classroom course is taught entirely in English. The exam is also completely administered in English.

Locations: Food handler course, group course, and exams are held at BITTS in different venues that are confirmed by BITTS Administration staff beforehand.
