MET Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a Test Session for which you are registered, you may request a cancellation of the registration by sending an e-mail to met@bitts.ca.

  • If your cancellation request is received by BITTS, Fifteen (15) days before the date of the Test Session, then BITTS will grant your cancellation request and provide you with a hundred percent refund (100%) of the fee you paid for the Test Session registration.
  • If your cancellation request is received by BITTS ,Five (5) to Fourteen (14) days before the date of the Test Session, then BITTS will grant your cancellation request and provide you with a fifty percent refund (50%) of the fee you paid for the Test Session registration.
  • If your cancellation request is received by BITTS ,Less than Five (5) days before the date of the Test Session, then BITTS will not grant your cancellation request and you will not receive any refund of the fee that you paid for the cancelled Test Session registration.
