CELPIP Test Booking Cancellation and Transfer Policies

The Exam session registration for this English language proficiency test depends upon the following, which you select while registering:

  • CELPIP test dates.
  • Exam time.
  • The location of your exam venue.

Eligibility Criteria For CELPIP Test Booking Cancellation And Transfer

You can cancel your registered test session and apply through your CELPIP Account. 

Make your request at least a week (7 Calendar Days) before your CELPIP test dates. It will guarantee you at least the following things:

  • First, Paragon will grant your request.
  • Secondly, you will receive a 50% reimbursement for the test fee.

Two things will occur if you submit your request less than seven days before the dates of your CELPIP test. For example:

  • Paragon will still grant your request.
  • It will not refund your test fee.

Steps to Transfer Before Your Test Session Begins

Transfers of test exam sittings are subject to the CELPIP English test transfer cost. Below are some steps you should take to get it.

  • Sign in to your CELPIP Account.
  • Located beneath the Upcoming Tests tab, click the Actions option.
  • Click on the Switch To A Different Test Sitting option. 

This procedure will help you move your CELPIP test to a new time, date, and place.

Remember, Paragon reserves the right to cancel your test sessions before their execution.

When Test takers register for a test session, they receive a notice in advance from Paragon. In this case, you can ask Paragon for a refund of the exam price or an application fee to register for a different session.

Remember, test takers can only request the cancellation/transfer of test sessions they have registered for. However, you can ask it by logging in to your CELPIP account.

Invalidation After A CELPIP English Test Session Is Held:

Your test session and score could be deemed invalid at any time. Paragon retains the right to invalidate your test session and results. It is another significant thing every CELPIP test taker must know about. 

Paragon processes a refund of the cost for the invalidated test session.

Alternatively, you might use the money to help you register for a different exam session. Paragon will take this action when the test-taker requests it.  

If Paragon invalidates a CELPIP English test session attended by you or your score, it is possible only then.  

What Happens If a Test is Invalidated?

Paragon may provide a refund or apply your test fee toward another test session.

  • It applies only if Paragon initiates the invalidation.
  • CELPIP Test Cancellation Due to Misconduct
  • Test-taker integrity is critical. If you fail to follow CELPIP testing rules or commit misconduct, your test can be deemed invalid.

CELPIP English Test Retake Policy:

Test takers cannot schedule more than one test session in 5 days. If a CELPIP test registration violates this regulation, Paragon retains the right to cancel it.

Can I Change My IELTS Exam Dates?
